About Michael Eisner
With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Michael Eisner provides a broad spectrum of services primarily in industrial and office sectors including buyer and tenant representation, seller and landlord representation, business brokerage and investment sales throughout South Florida.Mr. Eisner became licensed and affiliated with RE/MAX Commercial Associates in 2005. He joined the Brenner Real Estate Group in 2011 and served as Senior Vice President until 2017, when Brenner Real Estate Group was acquired by CBRE. He served as 1st Vice President at CBRE until November of 2020, when he returned to RE/MAX, joining the Commercial Division of RE/MAX Select Group. In addition, he has over 19 years of financial experience as an investment advisor for major Wall Street investment banking firms including Shearson American Express and Prudential Bache Securities.
Eisner was the 2011 president of the Fort Lauderdale/Broward District of the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He earned the CCIM designation (held by approximately 6% of the 150,000 commercial practitioners) in 2010. He served as 2012-2013 and 2016-2017 Director of the Realtors Commercial Alliance, (RCA), and has served on the board of the CCIM Fort Lauderdale/Broward District from 2018-2019. He has also been a member of Business Network International (BNI) since 2006. Mr. Eisner was given The Costar Power broker award as a “Top Retail Leasing Broker” in 2016.
Mr. Eisner earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
